Pulau Jemur (Indonesia) dan Pulau Jemor (Malaysia)

Munculnya berbagai masalah Bahasa di kedua negara dapat diperjelas dengan melihat sejarah berdirinya kota tersebut. Banyak penduduk Indonesia datang ke Malaysia khususnya untuk bekerja pada saat kegiatan pertambangan timah sedang digalakkan. Tidak hanya Indonesia, tetapi juga China dan India karena Malaysia kekurangan tenaga kerja. Bahkan sampai tahun 1857 hampir semua provinsi/negeri mayoritas China (tabel).

Untunglah kemudian tambang timah habis, sehingga imigran China banyak yang tidak bekerja dan pulang ke negara asal sehingga masyarakatnya berkurang sehingga sekarang.

Masuknya berbagai etnis menyebabkan bahasa juga berkembang. Nama-nama daerah akhirnya juga berkembang mengikuti bahasa etnis penduduk yang tinggal di sana. Pulau jemor adalah salah satu contoh kasus diantara berbagai nama yang banyak jumlahnya. Pulau Jemor (pakai o) terletak di Provinsi/negeri Selangor, Kabupaten/Mukim Tanjong (pakai o) Karang, kecamatan/pekan/kampung Sungai Sembilan.

Pulau ini mirip dengan Pulau Jemur (pakai u) yang terletak di Provinsi Riau, Kabupaten Rokan Hilir, masuk dalam gugusan kepulauan Aruah seluas 2,5 km persegi. Dapat ditempuh dari pelabuhan Bagan Siapi-api sejauh 60 mil laut hanya dengan perahu sewa karena tidak ada pelayaran regular ke sana.






Jadi memang beberapa istilah bahasa yang ada di Riau memang mirip dengan yang terdapat di Malaysia karena sejarah kedua-dua bangsa sudah menyatu sejak lama. Begitu erat.....

Link of urban sprawl

This is three questions about ow to know and how to make completed talking about urban sprawl. We can do these questions in check all of material before make a quessionnaire. Please look at these and give me suggest response to correct and make better of material. Before done, I say thanks a lot.

1. Is there social change because urban sprawl? (eg: education, safety, neighbourhood, park, distance to office and school, traffic jump, health, service, population density, etc).
2. is there economic change impact of urban sprawl? (eg: salary, price of basic need, gap between poor and rich, absolut poverty, no job, sum of public facility entreppreneur, etc).
3. is there physical change because grow up of urban sprawl? (eg: landslide, erosion, flood, higher temperature, decrease of vegetation, land use own parcel smaller, air, water and land pollution, etc).
